  • Parents/Guardians: Ensure accurate information during registration and support their child’s learning journey.

  • Mentors/Tutors: Provide quality teaching, maintain professionalism, and respect student confidentiality.

2. Account Creation & Data Usage

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • Scholiv Education may collect personal information (name, email, payment details) to provide services.

  • Data will be used strictly for educational and operational purposes in compliance with data protection laws.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Payment is required for access to certain courses, mentorship programs, or services.

  • Subscription plans (if applicable) renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

  • Refunds are subject to Scholiv Education’s Refund Policy and may only be granted in special cases (e.g., technical failure, duplicate payment).

Intellectual Property Rights • All content, study materials, logos, graphics, and designs on Scholiv Education belong to us or our content partners. • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell content without prior written permission. 5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities • Users must not engage in: • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior. • Sharing offensive, misleading, or illegal content. • Misuse of course materials for commercial purposes. • Scholiv Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this code. 6. Privacy & Data Protection • Scholiv Education respects your privacy and protects your personal data. • Information collected is used to improve services, personalize learning, and communicate updates. • We do not sell or misuse user data. Limitation of Liability • Scholiv Education is not responsible for: • Academic performance or outcomes based on our courses. • Technical issues, delays, or interruptions in services. • Actions of third-party service providers linked to our platform. 8. Account Termination & Suspension • Scholiv Education may suspend or terminate accounts if users: • Provide false information. • Violate these Terms & Conditions. • Engage in prohibited or illegal activities. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. • Disputes will first be resolved through mediation, failing which they may be taken to the appropriate courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 10.
